Buy a A/C

When it comes to buy an Air conditioner, there are few factors are very important for you to be consider.

Get a right Capacity of AC Unit.

Bigger isn’t better, and smaller isn’t cheaper. If the air conditioner is too big, it will cool the house too quickly without removing the humidity. This will make the house clammy and uncomfortable. If an air conditioner is too small it won’t keep a house cool enough. A properly sized air conditioner provides you the best comfort and efficiency.

To properly size an air conditioner, a dealer should do a heat gain calculation. This is sometimes called a Manual J calculation. Such calculations take into account the climate and the design of house, size & quantities of windows, doors, and construction of your house. If a dealer does not do this calculation, you may want to consider a different dealer.

(A lot of company are guessing AC size only by square footage of house or existing unit.)

Choose a unit with the Higher SEER rating you can afford

AC SEER stands for Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratios (SEER); it measures the cooling efficiency of an air-conditioner. It tells you how much of your money turns into cool air and how much are wasted
The Higher SEER number, the more efficient unit is. Thus the more you save on energy cost.

For Saving Inc are providing the most Fair and reasonable price on Energy Efficient air conditioner.

Consider a two-stage air conditioner for maximum comfort and efficiency

These high-end units use two compressors and fans. They cost about 30 percent more than a single-stage air conditioner.

Check that the contractor meets your locality’s licensing requirements, and is certified to handle refrigerants.

The contractor should also be bonded and insured against liability. Hire a technician who is certified by TSSA and member of HRAI. Also you should check their reputation through other channels. – Better Business Bureau or HomeStars.

Consider the location of outdoor compressor.

A central air conditioning unit consists of two parts, one inside the house hooked up to the furnace, and the other outside the house. The compressors are noisy and not particularly nice to look at. When getting an estimate, ask where the compressor has to go. You might have to consider some additional landscaping.
